The G.O.D Organization carried out a water-cutting plan in Hong Kong. They want to make Hong Kong people die of thirst without drinking water. Luckily, the famous scientist Dr. Qian Guo-Dong knew and try to stopped them. Dr. Qian transforming his only son, Qian Da-Long into Super Rider X, and instructed him to unite with the other Super Riders to destroy the G.O.D Organization.
