Leo Lätti (born June 9, 1957 in Tallinn) is a cartoonist and multiplier. Leo Lätti studied art education at Tallinn 22nd Secondary School and Tallinn Pedagogical Institute. Between 1994 and 1997, his cartoon series "Minister Tihu" was published on Mondays, whose prototype was the prime minister of that time, Mart Laar. Freelancer since 2006.
