San Francisco native, Vanessa Camacho, studies at Studio A.C.T under Mia Tagano, along with theater at CCSF. She's been in three plays in her earlier years of acting in middle school. Vanessa is also a skilled painter who enjoys sharing her expressionist-styled pieces and music. La Lectura is her first film.
