Inés (11) parents are away on business and she is left in the care of her grandparents, who own a hotel at the foot of a ski resort. Inés befriends Hanna (16), a European skier who has come to train in Chile. One night, Hanna disappears. The process of her search will unveil a series of hidden situations.
