The epidemic itself is presented as a backdrop, as Angus and Emma describe their own day-to-day struggles with this insidious and disturbing addiction. "Vermin Town" is like a gruesome train wreck. You try to turn your head, but your wandering eyes won't let you completely break away. It's addictive.
