When artist Max Cameron brings his lover Jay Alexander to the studio warehouse he plans to rent, they christen it by fucking on an old mattress. Homeowners Matt Stevens and Jordan Belford disagree over what color to paint their new kitchen cabinets, but they don't let it cum between them.
