After a homemade psychedelic smoothie results in a tragic accident, a carefree stoner is forced to hide the death of her girlfriend and live with the consequences. When the woman she loved returns from the grave as a flesh-hungry undead presence, grief turns to obsession and devotion becomes dangerous.
