The cast shines, especially Tim Lake as "Maxwell," but that's easy with Joe Diablo's hilarious and intelligent script, and Mondo Tundra's tight direction. Every attention is paid to historical detail right down to the ROTC psychos and goofy soundtrack, but is it hot? You bet your bippy!
