Les Malheurs de Sergueï Paradjanov shows the ravages of time on the copy of the film Les Mains d'or that Sergei Paradjanov shot in 1960. By isolating and slowing down the most damaged parts of the Armenian master's film, I managed to create an object with abstract forms and, insidiously, to give another life to a major work of art.
