A sex surrogate, Ariel Demure, arrives at the home of a married couple, River Lynn and Baxxx, to help them out. Baxxx is nervous, so Ariel gently reminds him that her job is to help give therapeutic relief to people struggling with sexual challenges. River explains that Baxxx hasn't been able to get hard during sex anymore, and the doctors say that it's not a physical problem. Ariel asks the couple further questions to try to understand what the cause could be, and eventually she suggests that she and Baxxx both get undressed. Ariel and Baxxx then start touching each other, and to River's delight, Baxxx gets hard! Baxxx is encouraged by this positive development, and he and Ariel have sex while River eagerly watches. Cliff Jensen is still in bed when his wife Liv Revamped tells him that she has a surprise. To Cliff's shock, someone else then enters the room: Haven Rose, the beautiful trans woman they met while on vacation.
