Yuka, who has repeatedly been dumped by men because of her poor cooking skills, reluctantly begins attending a cooking class taught by the popular culinary expert Haruki Todaiji. However, shortly afterward, Todaiji mysteriously jumps to his death from his apartment building, in what is reported as a suicide.
