In a certain obstetrics and gynecology clinic, Sachiko lies in a bed, watched over by Kensaku. One year ago, Kensaku, who worked in the scrap metal recycling business, was approached by a young woman. That woman was Sachiko. When Kensaku took a book from her and was about to load it into his car, he dropped several books, and a photograph of Sachiko and a man was tucked between them.
