Minsk in our days. Lokh is its main character, similar to the character from O. Henry's short story "Pig Ethics". Only in the movie instead of gentlemen, the states of Kentucky and North Carolina, constables and pig stealing there are car thieves, Minsk roads, "new Belarusians".
