UFC 140: Jones vs. Machida was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on December 10, 2011 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In the main event, Lyoto Machida also suffered his first submission loss at the hands of Jon Jones. In doing so, Jones retained the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship title.
