Set in 2050, with a society still living through the after-effects of a global pollution and pandemic, detectives Mendoza and Jones follow a series of gruesome and mysterious deaths. Their investigative trail uncovers a dark secret and puts them on a collision course with a murderous ninja and an evil cult, led by a vindictive woman hell-bent on avenging her husband's death.
