József Romvári was a highly esteemed Hungarian production designer and art director, known for Evita (1996), The Josephine Baker Story (1991) and Kísértet Lublón (1976). He is the grandfather of Canadian film director, writer, and actress Sophy Romvari who directed a short documentary of József released in 2020 under the title "Remembrance of József Romvári".
