Kim Jin‑wuk, born in 1980 in Mokpo, built his career in Seoul's Daehak‑ro theatre scene after debuting in 2006 with Chuncheon, There. Alongside steady work on stage, he appeared in several films in small supporting roles. From 2013 he shifted toward directing, developing a distinctive body of work within his company, Theatre Useo. After years focused on directing, he returned to acting in 2025 with the drama Low Life.
