Siddhartha More is a Mumbai-based filmmaker and creative director whose work moves fluidly between cinema and advertising. He began his journey in 2011 as a cinematographer, working across feature films, documentaries, and ad films, before transitioning into advertising as a creative director in 2019, where he soon began directing. His storytelling is rooted in atmosphere, character, and a quiet observational lens, often exploring themes of identity, belonging, and moral conflict. His recent work includes the short film 'Ghee', currently on the festival circuit. In 2024, he returned to cinematography with a feature film, continuing to engage with the craft from both behind the camera and the director’s chair, while actively developing scripts for both feature and short films. Clowning with Shakespeare (2022) remains a significant part of his journey - an exploration of performance, play, and text that continues to find new audiences through screenings like this one. He is currently developing his first feature film.
