Endou Masaaki is a Japanese animator. After graduating from Tokyo Designers College, Masaaki joined Telecom Animation Film in 1980, and later made his key animation debut in 1982. Following this, he worked for many high profile theatrical productions and has cemented a legacy for being one of the best effects animators in the industry. After leaving Telecom Animation and Studio Ghibli, he has operated as a freelancer, but has preferences towards select studios and works.
