Ralph Laucella is a Founding Partner and Executive Producer of O Positive Films, one of the world’s leading commercial production companies. Since co-founding the company in 2007, he has helped guide its rise as an internationally recognized force in advertising and branded entertainment. During his tenure, O Positive Films has earned major industry recognition, including the Emmy Award for Outstanding Commercial in 2025 for Special US and Uber. In 2024, the company was the second most awarded at the AICP Show and ranked No. 4 among production companies worldwide in the Cannes Lions Palme d’Or rankings. In 2020, O Positive Films was ranked No. 3 in the Cannes Lions Creativity Report of the Decade and was also named AICP’s Most Awarded Production Company. Laucella has produced hundreds of commercials and has worked with a wide range of celebrities, influencers, and major sports franchises. He also spent two decades working on ESPN’s acclaimed This Is SportsCenter campaign. Beyond production, Laucella has held several prominent industry leadership roles. He served as Chairperson of the 2024 AICP Show and as AICP Chairman from 2016 to 2018. He currently serves on the AICP National Board and is a member of the Television Academy’s Executive Committee for the Commercials Peer Group. He is also a trustee on the DGA Commercial Qualifications List committee and has served as a juror for the shots Awards and the Ciclope Festival.
