Ghimire is best known for directing a string of legendary blockbusters including Kusume Rumal, Lahure, Chino, and Darpan Chhaya— which blended emotional family dramas with memorable music and high production values. He is also recognized for discovering and mentoring some of the industry’s biggest stars, such as Bhuwan KC and Saroj Khanal.
