Erin LaVoie is an American lumber sport athlete. In 2000, she graduated from Ferris High School in Spokane, Washington. She attended Spokane Community College to study forestry, but dropped out after discovering and falling in love with lumber sports. She moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia, closer to Stihl’s headquarters, to train and compete. She eventually moved back to Spokane and opened a gym, Predation Crossfit.
