Bella van Meel was born in Maastricht in the Netherlands in 1978 and is a former child actress. She became known through her only acting role in the youth drama "The World of Ludovic", released in 1993. A TV film produced for Belgian television about the first great love between 12-year-old Ludovic and Sofie, played by her.
