Jackson DeLuisa, better known by his alter-ego, the Russian-Italian chair salesman Uolter Bianco, is an American filmmaker, writer, music producer and actor. He's most well known as Uolter Bianco in the Youtube series of the same name and his collaborations with the Groovy Film Collective.
