András Gerevich is a Hungarian author, poet, essayist, and professor of creative writing, poetry, and screenwriting. His work has been translated into over two dozen languages, including English. He is one of only very few openly gay authors in Hungary. He has a degree in screenwriting from the National Film and Television School (NFTS). At the NFTS, many of Gerevich's screenplays were shot, and he also directed his own short film.
