Benjamin Hanning is an Australian independent filmmaker, best known for their films; The Confession Room (2026), and Not As Planned (2026). They're the founder of NoVice Studios, a production company through which they develop original projects while collaborating with young and emerging professionals. Driven by passion and a strong creative ambition, Hanning approaches filmmaking with a hands-on, self-made ethos. While early in their career, their work aims to inspire those new to the industry to pursue their ideas without waiting for formal approval, encouraging persistence, experimentation, and creative risk.
